I’m Francesca Penn, a registered nurse with a deep love for cooking, rooted in my Haitian and Italian heritage. Inspired by my mother’s strength and my father’s warmth, I blend the bold flavors of Haiti with the comforting dishes of Italy. Cooking is my creative outlet and a way to unwind after my shifts. I strive to craft unique culinary experiences that reflect my background and passion. My dream is to open a restaurant where I can share this fusion of flavors with the world, nurturing both body and soul through every dish I create.
